Holding Fee Policy

By placing a Hold on a litter you are agreeing to the following terms:
Holding fees are non-refundable.
At any point before the Puppy reaches 6 weeks the buyer may transfer the holding fee to a new litter for any reason at no charge.
After 6 weeks, the transfer of the holding fee is at the discretion of the Breeder.
Puppies will only be held past the date of nine weeks of age by prior arrangement. Breeder may sell any puppy held past the date of ten weeks of age (unless prior arrangement has been made) with Buyer forfeiting payment and all claims to the puppy. If the puppy has been paid in full, Breeder will return a portion of the purchase price, minus the deposit. Any expenses incurred by Breeder will be deducted from any returned monies owed to Buyer.
Breeder has the option of first pick(s) of any litter at any time, male or female.
*Please keep in mind that, while the holding fee is transferrable, passing on a litter does not necessarily advance your picking placement in a different litter.*
Placing a Hold:
The Holding Fee for a puppy from any of our litters is $300. The fee is non-refundable but is transferable at breeders' discretion.
To be added to our waitlist before a litter is expected the fee is $150 which goes towards the holding fee.
We base priority of choice on the order that fees are received. We do not reserve puppies based on gender, color or coat type. Puppies undergo temperament evaluations between 7 and 8 weeks of age and Buyers are given the opportunity to meet their top three picks and ask questions about their temperament evaluation scores before picking the puppy they want to take home at 9 weeks of age.
We reserve the right to first pick(s) of any litter at any time to withhold for breeding or as service dog prospects.
The total price for a puppy from any litter will be $2000 plus Texas sales tax. The Holding Fee goes towards the total price.
*All puppies will be sold with a spay/neuter agreement unless previously discussed and agreed upon prior to waitlist fee or holding fee placement.*
